I don't know if there's an award for bringing down a vibe, but you just earned it.It is the point yes. This "celebration" is to me a parody of community involvement.
Nothing wrong with facebook level type of daily chatter, it's not like most discord / reddit messages are more profound either, but putting it on a pediestal is just baffling to me, sorry if that offends you. I'll give you the like ratio is not a perfect system, but it's far from unsignificant too. Then again, I'm not saying anyone that got it didn't deserve it, I'm saying it's missing obvious names like Daiches or Droogie that do deserve it way more.

I've never heard either of those names. Do they post on the forum?
Edit: looks like Daiches is banned and hasn't posted anything here since 2018, and there's nobody by the name of Droogie registered. Why would they give a forum award to someone who doesn't post on the forum?

They are discord users, that would be the issue as this isn't discord.
Maybe @s0kun can run something similar for you guys over there?.
Probably get a flag for this but you are a bit like a bloke who walks into your house on Christmas day and p****s on your kids2 -

Things are crazy
Just read Sydney sweeney has been cast as Hagrid for the Harry Potter TV show.1 -
I'll never understand people that feel the need to bring others down. Saying "congrats" followed by why you think they don't deserve it brings the tone down. Feel free to blast me if you'd like. But make a new thread for it so this thread can stay positive, please.
Congrats, but let me just buy these stones. Clearly biases are being shown here.

I can't see why the infinity stones can't be put up for sale.
To be honest they aren't incredibly powerful but yes I can understand that it could be an option.
Biases is something you'll have to sell me on. If this was run on discord or line or whatever else there is some people would benefit others would not.
Everyone needs to pump the brakes a little here, I can understand fomo but my god man we are on the brink of world war 3.2 -
Many thanks for the mention, and big congrats to everyone else in both lists.
4 -
Appreciate the mention! Also appreciate the many frequent contributors on Discord and Reddit that are not mentioned here. The MPQ community is what elevates this game far beyond its peers. Glad to be part of it!

Feel free to create a game, then a forum, then find some volunteers to moderate that forum for free... Then you can create whatever metric you wish to recognize the participants... Including celebrating individuals from other platforms that have little to no engagement on the forum in question. Send me a link and I'll try it out.
I'm not offended, I'm informing you that your negativity isn't needed and your logic is unsound. There's no need for justice here and you don't even know what was considered in the proffering of the stones.
Further, the individuals on that list provide much more than "daily chatter" and reducing their contributions to such is akin to referring to applied physics as basic math when you haven't bothered to avail yourself of knowledge on either subject.
Also, the word you wanted is * insignificant *. Not "unsignificant". And the issue I raised about your mention of likes had nothing to do the veracity of said ratio and everything to do with your childish need to look up the like ratios to begin with. And it is insignificant when you also add number of comments to gain context for the ratio.
Reply of you wish. I'm done conversing with you at any rate as I doubt you'll attempt to understand any perspective but your own.
Back to the actual actual topic: thank you to the moderators for doing this. It's appreciated and I apologize if I added to the negatively by addressing it.

Congrats to the winners, althought it feels to me like the spam awards. Every single winner got a 0.2 to 0.8 like per post ratio so we're clearly not aiming for consistent quality. Not speaking for my own case because I know I'm probably too explosive, but recognition for blend posts over some people constructive criticism / spreadsheets built for the community just feels bad.
I'll also take that occasion to add no one uses this forum for info because your search function is so, so bad you can't even properly search for what you want. If I search "shards" it's gonna include people post saying "hard". If I try to copy paste [BOSS EVENT] to try and find the history of all bosses, it'll skip some at random, etc. It's unusable
I don't know if there's an award for bringing down a vibe, but you just earned it.
Congratulations.
Seriously, take a look at whatever is inside you that's upsetting you. It's a forum, not an all encompassing database claiming to provide every answer at the click of a button. No offense to those "just dropping in" but someone with limited participation researching (or guessing) 'like' ratios so you can insult both the givers and receivers of a gift is cringe inducing. Continuing to insult the forum as a whole is just silly.
I'll never understand people that feel the need to bring others down. Saying "congrats" followed by why you think they don't deserve it brings the tone down. Feel free to blast me if you'd like. But make a new thread for it so this thread can stay positive, please.

Don't know about Droogie, but taking a quick peek in game it looks like Daiches already has all the stones (and most every other support) at 5 star rank.
Are you really upset that a guy who didn't contribute to these forums didn't win a forum award that he absolutely doesn't need? It's like getting up in arms because billionaire Jeff Bezos didn't win the $100 church raffle prize at the church Jeff Bezos doesn't attend.

Although this does heavily depend on whether you have the same geeky brain that I doYeah, I almost directly quoted, but then I thought "shield" was more appropriate given the insult of whatever his name is was directed more at you than me.

I am sorry to see there are bad feelings about this and I would agree I don't probably fit in with the Line crowd who are more deserving. I would give up a stone for one of them if that could be arranged. Personally I feel @BlackBoltRocks does a great service also with what he tracks for MPQ and @Daredevil217 kept a character ranking system that has helped so many players visiting the forum. @KGB is crazy full of knowledge. @rainkingucd @Godzillafan67 and @MegaBee among others make me laugh. @SaltnPeppa always posts suggested covers for new releases which I enjoy a lot. @Hammer3001 gives us lots of ideas about new characters which are fun. @entrailbucket never bends in his love of the game. The Mods here are also top notch - this is one of the best communities I have ever been a part of and really so many people make it so. I read all posts and there are probably plenty more I have forgotten outside those already in the thread who deserve mentioning. Guys like those are MPQ elites in my book. There are lots of posters we haven't seen in a long time too all of which are missed, whether that is because they have quit or prefer other places to share wisdom, they all are missed. Personally I love the Forum but I am a bit old school that way, it is difficult to follow Discord as the majority of traffic is US time based so this is where I come for my fix and I really enjoy the community here, sometimes more than I enjoy the game itself - I really don't see that as being any different to the tight communities MPQ has on other platforms. Long live the Forum. ☺️

Thank you @DAZ0273, but I'd never belong to a club that had me as one of its members.

I mean it seems like you have purposely left me out but yes to everything else.
Thank god my mom thinks I'm cool.3 -
