So if a player find themselves losing, before the match end, they can restart the app and submit ticket as game crashed?

    Anyway...

Lesson I got from the dev message here is when there's a bug in coalition event, players better make sure to trigger the bug, at least once is encouraged and rewarded more than spend effort to not triggering the bug at all,

This really hurts players who care about score more than they care about rewards tho!

Probably, but thats the message that this current dev are sending imho.

    Hey, folks!

When an issue happens in a Coalition event, we get that it affects more than one player (which would be bad enough to deserve attention) but their whole Coalition.

While isolated issues allow us some room to fix this or that score, widespread ones don't for we have no reasonable way to determine what could have happened to rankings without those issues. This is even more true if we consider events in which some battles 'lock' the following one, such as RoGP. This is why we offer compensations to everyone that could potentially have been affected, in these cases. The exception here are the cases in which we know what happened and can check that one player's matches have not been affected.

Now, as @Janosik mentioned, Coalition events are about more than Rewards - Scores are a crucial aspect of them and some would say the most important one. There's no way to change Coalition scores, both for technical reasons and for those mentioned above. We have been studying ways to further protect these events from potential issues and also ways to better reflect a Coalition's engagement and effort in addition to the current rank.

While there is no objective way to mend the experience, we mend what we can and work on providing a better experience in the near future and beyond it.

I mean that can't possibly be true.

I get that there are philosophical issues surrounding changing coalition scores after an event with huge bugs... maybe some people would be angry with the scores being rolled back... maybe other people in exactly the same situation would be angry if they weren't.

But to say you can't do it really stretches credulity.

    Hey, folks!

Good read. Now I understand why people triggering bugs get rewarded unlike those playing more skillfully or fairly. Thank you for addressing this issue. Cheers.
