why does lighting vaults value vary so much

unless im wrong wasnt there a lighting vault 1000 hp gave you a chance to get an ascended.. today its a normal 4 star for same price 1000 hp

    If they didn't sell things that were a "bad" value, nothing would ever be a "good" value.

    Not only this but the devs also have a wild "1 + W = blue" way of calculating the value of almost everything in the game economy.

    The vault with the ascended was in command points, not hero points.

    pretty sure some was for hp
