Did the Lightning Deal change?

I bought today's Lightning Deal for 1000HP, mainly because it gave 2 tokens to the 11th Anniversary Vault, but when I now try to buy it on my alt account, the vault tokens are gone and you only get 25 standard tokens.
Is this a difference in platforms, as I bought it on Steam, while my alt account is on Android?
The purchased deal also doesn't say anything about Vault tokens anymore, but I do have two expired vault tokens:

    Yes, I didn't get it but I noticed they disappeared

    Noticed it too. I haven't purchased it yet, but I still will. I'm not that upset I missed the tokens, and I won't say why.

    To be fair, the tokens gave me 1000 ISO and 1000 RISO, so they really weren't worth it!
