I'm sure this support used to give double ap on your first match of the game. I think it was level 2 but I can't be sure. It now no longer has a level 2 power, and there is no double ap in it's description at any level. Please tell me I'm not going mad and that this has been secretly nerfed (or did I miss an announcement)?
No, it never did. Omnipotence gives double AP. The newer supports don't have ranks 2 and 4, just 1/3/5.
It never had a Rank 2 support according to this screenshot on reddit from September 2023?
