Shore Up vs disabled after stun [Could not Reproduce/Need More Info]

See attached GIF
Shore Up did not enable my creature so it could attack. it gave hexproof, and then nothing, game continued to proceed to the Turtle trigger etc. GIF finishes where you can see that the creature is not enabled and didn't attack. Could you please look into this?

    We could not reproduce it so far, in all instances we tested Shore Up worked as expected.

    Can you tell us what card or effect was disabling the creature in this video? Has it happened again?
