Boosted Coulson is ridiculously powerful.
It would probably help to illustrate your point if you posted some example statistics? I don't know if you had already ascended yours to level 550 or something. I hesitate to ask for screenshots because folks tend to post way too many of them at far too high of a resolution.

I agree. Pair him with someone with a spammable power and watch the screen fill with countdown tiles.

I was just thinking of threads like this where people post too many images, they're too large, not cropped, so you're scrolling and scrolling and not even sure what information they're trying to draw attention to.
I wouldn't say "ridiculously" -- his powers are a tad bit on the expensive side for a 5 star and he's a bit limited on his own, but he's honest-to-goodness great with anyone with cheap powers. That, and with as many CDs as he makes CoulHawk has become amazing.
I wouldn't say he's overpowered, but I would say he's scaled up better than a lot of other 4 stars...
