Ascend Polaris???

I have a max Polaris (Champion lvl 370) and a max Polaris (non-champ lvl 270).
Shouldn’t I be able to ascend her?

    Not yet. Only a limited number of characters can be ascended at the moment. She isn't one of the first ones so you'll have to wait to see if she is part of the second batch.
