Clea against Big Wheel

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

When Clea uses Manacles of Mokarr against a Big Wheel that has 10+ Speed Points, it keeps Wheelhouse from firing (which seems correct) but the Speed Points still reset (which doesn’t seem correct).
