What are considered tier 1 quests? I’ve used guardians in pvp and pve and still nothing

    It’s only the quests listed in the events section. Just keep completing the ones listed with guardians and it’ll unlock more and move you up in tiers once you complete them

    Just under the Event tab, it'll say Tier 1:

    Those are the quests you need to do (they could have moved that last quest in a Tier 2, but that might have confused other people)
