Level of side node goons not increasing on 2 nodes

I noticed on this current phase (following the 3rd rotation of side nodes) that 2 of the nodes had Level 26, like in the initial phase. Not sure if that's linked to the two zero point nodes or not but thought I'd mention it.

    Linked, but also slightly odd, it's that the points for those 2 nodes (2200) are higher than the points for other side nodes (2 @2080 and 1 @ 1960). My memory might be wrong, but normally the wave nodes were higher, but others were the same?

    Clearly happening for everyone.

    Their hotfix somehow locked in the character levels. That just makes the side nodes easier and lets weaker rosters do more which isn't a bad thing.

    Yeah, it's one for them to note for next time they implement a hotfix I guess. Points for the other nodes being off is odd though. Almost like they've been mashed from different events.
