Victory bug?

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

Every battle I win now goes to a victory screen that does not move when you click on it. When you back out it goes to the bonus screen, which when tapped fire black and doesn't move. I deleted all the data and cache and resigned in with the same problem occurring.

    Yes, bug on my kindle and android, but both are old devices

    The key is to un-favorite all your supports. (and some have also un-favorited all their characters)

    Doing this, and then force killing the app (or restarting your device) has worked for a few people with this "red victory banner" issue.

    Same here. I tried un-favoriting everything but still occurs. Can't play the game at all now. After all the **** ups this is the worst and that's saying something. By now I really don't know why I haven't left this game yet.

    Do you have any supports that are maxed out? You un-favorited all characters as well?
    un-favoriting both, has worked for multiple people.

    There is a bug related to maxed supports as well, only Customer Service can fix it.

    Okay this is super weird. Yes I did do all of the above and it didn't work. But now after a good night's sleep the bug is gone. I don't understand how but I'm happy.
