I guess my question for Blue is will the damage only activate at the end of the turn? Example I fire blue and red on the same turn. I then make a match and then Blue does damage based on how many colors I have destroyed. If this is the case he could do some really good damage. He definitely won’t be S tier but with the damage flip and increased damage % it will be fun to see what people can get his damage numbers up to. Run him with IM40 to boost AP and a damage booster like Emma or Okoye and blast blue and red till everyone is dead.
That would be a bit strange seeing the Blue damage come at the end of the turn after all powers are fired and matches are made (and resolved).
I suspect when you fire Blue it checks for what colors have already been destroyed up to this point. So if your turn started and you fired Blue immediately you'd get no damage since nothing has been destroyed and if you then fired Red you'd just get the Red effects but no Blue damage since that power has already been resolved. But if you fired Red then Blue you'd get damage from the colors destroyed when you fired Red.
Otherwise the coding would be WAY too complex to resolve Blue damage later in the turn (for example how would it handle multiple firings of Blue if you had say 18 Blue and fired it 3x at the start of then turn then fired Red)
One thing for sure, that Blue will be useful with MThors passive color destruction (like she needs another partner). I think it also means the AI will be really bad on defense using this character because it would fire Blue then Red...

Hopefully it is as @BlackBoltRocks says above and Mr. Bolt is getting an upgradeWell, as far as I can tell, the contents of each Legendary Store is 100% based on theme. Not the power of the characters, not how often they've appeared in these stores (Doctor Strange anyone?) just the theme of the store and/or linkages to the new character.
That being said Bolt desperately needs an upgrade. He was kind of B-tier when he was introduced (did a few things well, since he added charged tiles to the most common color he could feed pretty much anyone, but he was so damn slow about it. Also, his yellow was always a wasted power.) He was, in fact, my first 5★. At this point he's very, very low in the tier, even updating his numbers would be something, but mostly he needs a rewrite, particularly his yellow.
Yup it's usually by theme. But a guy can hope, right...?
I was halfheartedly considering 550ing him from this store. I mean, I have to honour my username innit. But honestly 5* Storm is notably superior to him, even before her recent sideways buff. I think even 1a5 Storm is a better option than Bolt. If Blackagar had been released recently (read: around the time of Dr Strange MoM) he'd doubtless be at least a B-tier by 2025 standards. Medusa, Crystal, Karnak, Maximus all range between very solid to amazing in 5* land. And their poor boss is languishing in the dirt.
Back on topic to Gorgon. I get that his main schtick is to flipflop between Godkiller and Grasscutter, but that kind of mechanic is tedious. Just look at Adam Warlock's own mechanic of flipflopping between his health and match damage. And unlike Adam doing so passively, Gorgon's seesawing requires at least 6AP every time. I feel the costs of his Red and Blue should have been lower, like around 4AP, with the damage correspondingly lowered. 4* Gamora does the death-by-a-thousand-cuts concept better (and has a superior stun!)

That shouldn't be the Gorgon associated with Black Bolt and Medusa. This is the correct inhuman Gorgon.Should remove the inhumans and replace with mutants in the store.
Re-visiting this I just have to say that cover is properly terrible. Is Gorgan's arm on a hinge? Also why is Karnak leaping over an invisible fence?
Sorry!
Back to Gorgon.

It sounds from the Concept description ("Gorgon studies his opponent’s movements, then unleashes a series of attacks"), that Blue deals a hit of 753 damage to the target for each unique color amongst tiles destroyed IN THE OPPONENT'S LAST turn.

I kind of doubt it - again that would be pretty complicated, and it would be very difficult to control. I think KGB is right - unless you have a passive, unleash one of Gorgon's reds (which both destroy a column,) or some other power with tile destruction it won't do any damage. It will probably stop you from firing it in that case, though the rider may still let you do it if the red is set to Godkiller.
It could very easily be six hits on the right turn...

KGB - That makes sense. I didn't think of it being used after triggering other powers first.

Yeah I was hoping to see how IM40 would work with him and Emma frost. With supports fire IM40 yellow turn 1 load up on a ton of R/B AP and see how much damage he can do going back and forth between red and blue. It could still work and be interesting and fun.
MThor will definitely help the blue

Silver Samurai feeds Gorgon secondarily (primarily still Hit Monkey).
You know a character is DOA when the devs can't even bother to give them a primary feeder.

Shouldn't Gorgon show up in our rosters by now? I got 470 shards but I can't find him.

Should be around Slice 2 start (17.00 GMT, 12.00 EST, 09.00 PST). That's generally when the new 3* releases are found / favouritable
