I just played a match in Colors of Magic where the first objective is "Use only common, uncommon, and rare cards" and I lost because my opponent named "Paladin" was using mythics and masterpieces like Assimilation Aegis and Rakdos Patron of Chaos. It was the node where you're supposed to cast 10 or more cards with cost 11 or more as well so it was taking me at least 2 turns to be able to cast anything that might be able to destroy those cards, and needing to use common, uncommon, and rare cards to combat those cards is very limited to get the job done and I was unsuccessful and I lost due to the fact that my opponent was at a huge advantage by using mythics and masterpieces, especially the ones mentioned, while disregarding the objectives that everybody else is trying to follow in order to rank high enough for a PMA pack. 1 loss and you don't get the pack. You can't expect people to stand a fair chance through the entire 16 matches when people can use their best, strongest decks filled with mythics and masterpieces against people with only common, uncommon, and rare. I lost because my opponent was able to go outside of the objectives and abuse the other players going for the objectives, probably because they lost 1 match and then knew they couldn't rank for the PMA pack so they became sour and wanted to ruin it for everyone else from that point forward. Now I don't even need to try now because I won't get the PMA pack so I could just make my decks super OP with mythics and MPs and create that unfair advantage over everyone else still trying to get the PMA pack too. That shouldn't be an option. It should be like commoners cup where people are forced to use only common, uncommon, and rare cards and the 1st objective should be different.
