    Intentionally making things look worse has always baffled me, especially when they make current games in pixel "art".

    It made sense with 3 star arcade, he's all about games so his 3 star being a video game character was a cool idea. Then when they released the one for XF wolvie it was kind of cool that they did another one. But then we got one for polaris, and one for Chavez, and one for gambit and it went from a unique thing to "Everybody gets a pixel art costume!"

    Arcade is fair / thematic and makes sense, I'll give you that, everyone else "nah m8"

    It’s a decent deal, I agree. I suppose it’s cheap, but also, it’s the same offer they do every time there’s a costume.

    I suppose you can think of it as free when you take the cover and hp into consideration.

    It’s too late now but it would have been nice if we had gotten DPvMPQ starting on Sun the 22nd and ending the 26th/27th so that on Christmas Day we had only had to grind one node in the middle of the 48.

    But on the other hand, it’s completely optional to try to play competitively and you can play pretty loosely and hit progression.

    Anyway.

    What's the featured support in Puzzle Gauntlet? The text in progression says Krakoa but the picture is for the KRA VAN.

    The new PVP season starts in one week, on January 9.

    Wonder if the merge season pass vault is still planned for the 9th love to see a preview of it

    Didn't off season have 10 days in the past. Now it's what 3 or 4

    There have been extended off seasons but they have all been one offs. Generally it is season ends Sunday night, new season starts the following Thursday

    Extended off seasons, iirc, were only done around Anniversary to sync up the start of anniversary and it’s PvP season with early October.

    As far as I know, BCS has not deviated from the 4 week PvP and event cycle since they took over.

    At this point there's a lot based on that schedule - new character releases, Boss fight, puzzle gauntlet... any kind of deviation would have to throw the whole thing off.

    Didn't we have a situation where it was a shortened season, like 13 days, to line up for anniversary. 5* She Hulk was the newest 5* and the rotation for LLs got all funky and she was in longer and another character shorter?

    Yup! I can't recall if it was She-Hulk but that definitely happened. Rotation was messed up for the 4* at that time as well. We complained and it hasn't happened since, the occasional lengthened off-season seems to be the fix for keeping seasons more or less aligned with months or holidays.
