Very thematic, I like it. Wish you had done something similar with 5Storm rebalance with the top of the board!

Question on his red passive. Does it make a blue somewhere amongst the qualifying rows, or a blue on EACH of the rows?

Oh, wow, that Black is pretty great for a 3★ in his featured PVP. He's going to wreck things offensively, both with the active and the passive. Based on the phrasing Namor deals the match damage plus a bit more, despite the fact that it's him doing it, it should be the damage of whomever made the match.
My read on the red passive is creates one blue no matter how many covers you have, the area it can be created in is based on the number of covers.

Agreed, that black is crazy, they are surely going to triple the AP cost on ascension. Another good lookin 3 star for sure.

So this is what the "Rivals" thing ties into?

Ingame rewards for Arcade PvP show that his black now costs 5 AP.

I was going to say...for 3AP that ability goes infinite by itself. 5AP is still a great rate for that effect.

Agreed on the 3 cost being crazy low.

Somewhere 1 star Hawkeye weeps with envy. Even Shang is jealous with his AP cost.

Yup. I get the impression she was the star of a not-very-serious comic way back:

Character design is pretty cool but I was hoping the 3* version of Namor was going to be from Wakanda Forever (since I knew 5* was going to be Phoenix Five). Here's hoping we get a Wakanda Forever costume?

@S0kun any chances for the future to get a preview on how a chars powers develop up on ascension? Would be a good thing to know, I can only imagine the fellas who pushed iron May to 5* had a bad awakening, for Namor it could be too, I suppose

They should absolutely publish these numbers, but not because of anyone who's got Iron May ascended yet.

Anyone in a position to ascend her is a part of the veteran playerbase that already knew her stats changed at 5*. Players with hacked "test accounts" had her maxed within hours of her release, and that information got widely disseminated among those folks (and, eventually, here too!).

The problem is that those things shouldn't be an advantage at all. I shouldn't need to rely on hackers or external chats to know if my strategy is a good idea. It's the same reason they should publish PvE and PvP bracket counts and flips.

That’s actually what I tried to say, it just came out gibberish

It definitely feels intentional now, like they know what they are doing. The 3stars and 4 stars are starting out quite a bit better ability-wise and then when they ascend to 5 they nerf the abilities in favor of the health and match damage.

Guarantee you will see the same with 3star Agatha. At 3star her passive protect tile increase is 160% at 4star it's 250! Once she hits 5 you bet there's no way it stays that high (its lovely madness how fast it spirals).

I actually appreciate them making the 3 and 4 stars so strong, it's as though they've been listening to how silly the gap is between 4-5. It gives the smaller roster players a chance to have some more fun. I just wish they didn't nerf them so damn hard when they hit 5. I will delay pushing Darkveil to 5 as long as I can.
