Fixed: Greg targeting itself instead of the player when casting Vampire’s Kiss.

Honestly very happy that Webcore are going to keep an eye on this issue! When Greg stupidly kills his own creatures, it makes the whole game feel much more random and pointless. Creating complex, intelligent AI is of course a hard problem, but when Greg helps me to win the game against him it makes me wonder why I'm even playing at all.

Oktagon's answer to the problem was mostly to make all creature kill spells only affect your opponent's creatures, but that's a poor solution; it's a common issue that when playing the game that you want to kill your own creatures, most often when you're trying to slow yourself down so you don't fail event objectives. Oktagon, of course, being lazy, didn't much care about the experience of the players.

I've noticed Greg targeting himself of his creatures with creature kill or burn spells a fair few times recently, and now I know Webcore are fixing these issues, I think it's time to get a brand new bug thread going on the subject.

Here are creature kills, and other negative cards+effects, which Greg uses on himself or own creatures:

Another related issue: Greg destroying his own supports with Crystalize. I've seen him do this with both Echoes of Eternity, and with Karn, Reflective Silver's Silver Reflection tokens.
