    Looks like it is Hotpool. Saw him in tomorrow's PVE placement rewards.

    Dr. Bong has been a fairly significant supporting character/villain in Deadpool comics. He was apparently revealed to be his psychiatrist in the past.

    Hey we could do a new pve in the tva, new supporting cast of paradox, mobius and miss minutes, we don't have to follow the movie we could just do something new to celebrate the only marvel movie being released this year.
    We could do all of the above yeah.....

    So not only was it a clear pre existing pve they hadn't even put wolverine in the dialogue selection so wade was arguing with himself

    The next PVP seems to be AWOL.

    Edit: I had to restart MPQ for the next PVP to pop up.

    This boost list is awful but also great. I don't think it's curated, but when "meta" characters get boosted, they need to get boosted together -- like Chasm and m'Thor. We get one week of intense nonsense then we can get back to regular MPQ.

    The boost list continues to be mostly chronological based on release (oldest to newest) except for the occasional special theme month where they mix in that month’s people.

    We shall see if they adjust it but Thor and Chasm are together for that reason.

    Note I’m talking about 5s as I don’t really care much about the lower tiers’ order.

    It would be cool if they understood their own metagame well enough to do something like this on purpose, though.

    I would love to do activate each of hotpool's abilities 20 times but because you made PVP unplayable with Supports and Mthor is boosted for his PVP and everyone is using her so no thanks.

    Shame the passive part of hotpools red doesn't count as an activation when it goes off in PVP.

    Couple of options for this. If you've unlocked him just take him into SHIELD Sim. It's what I've been doing so I don't need to sweat as much during his PvP. Otherwise take him in with mThor and Shang and board control that thing so you can fire a couple off each match. Take your lumps early and then play it serious once you've knocked them all off.

    Agree that mThor makes things very not fun though.

    These events were all horrifically boring. The problem was that the characters they featured got the "mini" boost (the same one they use for boss fights, for whatever reason) -- it's like +10 levels.

    Functionally they were just sim. None of the boosted guys were anywhere near the "meta" characters.

    I'd love to see these again, but they need to either update them to use the normal +100lvl boost, or use character lockouts, so you can't just run Chasm/Colossus/Omega Red and win everything in the Avengers event, or Women of Marvel.
