Enemy Team-Up "Sand Smash" did not proc Gorr's "Your Own Weapons"

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

Sand Smash: ".... Create 5 Protect tiles..."
Your Own Weapons: "...whenever an enemy places more than 3 Strike, Attack, or Protect tiles..."
Are Team-Up powers no longer considered "enemy" or "ally" powers?
Or is this only an issue with Sand Smash?
