Unable to find or favorite 3 star April Parker if she's not Rostered

Today's quest requires April Parker for some missions.

I did not have her rostered. I went to my Roster and searched for 'parker' and 'april' and 'mayhem' and it did not return any results. I also filtered by 3 star only and again it did not show her at all.

The game used to show non-rostered characters at the bottom of the lists so that you could favorite them or see that they existed.

I ended up opening 50 Elite tokens and got some of her. At that point the search worked and I was able to find her.

P.S. When opening the tokens, the first instance of her auto rostered her since I have 50+ slots. But after opening 50 tokens it said I had 50 covers to apply. I should have had 49 since one auto rostered her. I didn't count to see whether I had 49 or 50 covers to apply but I suspect I may have gotten 51 covers.
