Something's going on... I've never been attacked this intensely. My last hop saw 6+retaliations, against 2-141s and an unbuffed L64 Sentry, two of which came in before I could kill my third match.

That's the kind of hit i would expect in the last 10 minutes of a PvP... and all the hits are coming in from people in the 300-700 range. I think D3's been screwing with the MMR setup again. I'm going to have to start tanking for the first time in two months.

Wow, that was an unpleasant, albeit successful, shieldhop.

clintman, thanks for the bump! I spent approximately 0.3 seconds above 1100 before getting smacked again, so I got my cover, yet never actually saw a 1100+ score .

Its been a **** blood letting all day for me. I was hopeful of getting 1100 for and extra sentry reward but shield hopping from 750? **** that. Sometimes it feels like a special kinda of **** is in charge of this whole thing.

shoutout to laoa and kidd for being awesome hopefully i can hold #1, as this is the last 4 star cover i need (haven't gotten my daily reward x-forces yet), then i never have to do this again... until fury .

That kind of aggression always existed. It just seems like now everyone is feeling that level of aggression as opposed to the select few that was trapped in a MMR matchup of death in the past.

Despite everyone claiming to quit the game or at least cutting back their playing time, there sure is no shortage of guys in the 300-700 range with maxed roster hitting you for ridiculous point loss. Something has to be done to tone down the general aggression of PvP or you'll have a lot of discouraged players.

I would post about being a little bit bummed by jumpstarting half the forum to 1100 and not getting it myself but apparently I am a hypocrite for being willing to help others AND getting the reward myself, too Sitting in top 25 unshielded, as I don't need Mags covers, alliance score is good, and our latest recruit is teh bee knees.

It's good to not care (that much) about placements

I guess the only reason I cared enough to shield after getting my progression reward is that it cost so much to get there in the first place...
