Can't collect daily reward [Investigating]

I can't collect my daily reward. I tried reinstalling but it didn't help.

    I confirm that issue. Maybe it's supposed to be Chandra instead of runes?

    The frustrating part here is that this was submitted as a bug nearly two weeks ago. The reward is minimal, and not being able to complete quests for a day is annoying, but with advanced notice, this shouldn’t have been an issue today.

    Today is the last day of the quests, so I didn’t lose out on just the daily reward (which was already comped, thanks), but all the unfinished quests and their rewards. I won’t be able to collect them. My app also doesn’t allow me to contact support, so I guess I’m SOL.
