Vadrok, Apex of Thunder does not fill stored mana but casts are enabled [Couldn't Reproduce]

When Vadrok activates his mutation ability and a cast with stored mana is selected and returned like Electrodominance the spell receives its basic mana while stored mana is null and it is actived so that it will be cast without any effect. There is no dialog like when the spell is cast with less than full stored mana.

    • Type and Subtype;

    • Is it related to trigger, mechanic, text, or other?

    • Which Event/Battle?

    • BattleLog screenshot;

    • All cards in the deck and possible interactions that might have happened.
