Mortal combat not giving loyalty [Can't reproduce]

Mortal combat isn't working correctly.  Even if I've got 60 + creatures in my graveyard.  It still does not give 15 loyalty at the beginning of the turn.  Second effect is working as normal

    I tried to test it, but all 4 games it gave me the loyalty just fine once I had 15 in the graveyard. Sorry.
