High fey market stealing creatures while owner has no creature on board. [Can't reproduce]

I  just experienced a very strange behaviour from Oko planeswalker today.

Oko kept stealing turn after turn my first creature while he had no creature on board (as i was killing the stolen one turn After turn).

Even when I and oko had the same creature on board, he stole my creature and reinforced his copy with mine instead of exchanging.
