Harmonious Archon effect persists after leaving play [Fix in 4.1]

Harmonious Archon states that while it's in play other creatures have base power and toughness of 3/3.

In a recent match I returned the creature to my opponent's hand, but all their and my creatures retained the base power and toughness of 3/3 even after it left play.

    I found, that the effect stays when it is replaced instead of destroyed
