Animist's Awakening freezing from cascades [Fix in 3.9.1]

Challenge of the Courts Lochtwain 3rd node same issue; freeze with a green 4 match and an empty gem below it.

Edit: Anddd another lock on the first node. No green converting or missing gem but everlasting spiral.

Hi Everyone. I do see a fix for a soft-lock occurring from cascades, however I want to double check with our team to clarify whether this is a general bug fix or if it's only pertaining to a specific event or battle.

Either way though, that fix will be available in the upcoming 3.9.1 build, which will hopefully be sometime this week.

We may have to remove all green conversion   from our green decks. Smh 
Would be nice to be able to know it's fixed before a legacy tdw.

Just happened to me in tdw. Kiora cast animist awakening and the match froze.

Hi Everyone. I just spoke with our team, and they have informed me that this fix in the 3.9.1 update will address all cascade freezes that was previously occurring in the game; not just the one in Nissa's Training.
