Folio of Fancies/Sphinx's Tutelage [Investigating]

The Sphinx isn't triggered by the second card drawn by Folio.

*sigh* I assume this is a similar bug to the longstanding Alhammaret's Archive bug.

@Tombstone @Oktagon_Support alert the team.

(and this is not the first Eldraine bug reported, sadly)

@Oktagon_Support - this is still an issue. I observed it today in Titanomanchy. 

My combo consisted of Folio of fancies, underrealm lich and devourer of memory.

The UL is supposed to destroy 3 cards each time I draw a card and Fof should double the card drawn on the start of my turn, so DoM should grow with 6 at the start of my turns. 

However, DoM only grows with 3, so UL and DoM works correctly, leading to the conclusion that the 2nd card drawn with Fof is actually not drawn.
