Still haven't received all personal rewards from OSCORPevent

I might be in a unique situation, but I still haven't received all of my personal rewards from Oscorp. On the day where there were connectivity issues, I was prompted to claim my personal rewards, however after clicking on claim for the first one, I had issues connecting, and when I was finally able to do so, I was never asked to claim the remaining rewards.

At this point I only got the blue daken cover for personal rewards, still missing the black cover,iso and hp. Ranked 9th in event.

Reopened my original ticket, and several days later opened a completely new one just in case, per recommendations in the announcements sections. Has been nearly a week since then and no response what-so-ever. Would like to know what is going on.

Still haven't heard any response from the support team. Anyone know a way to get there attention?
