VIP3 Membership billed but gone - can't open an ingame support ticket

My vip3 membership was billed and paid early in the morning (4 o'clock, Vienna) but my membership is gone.
I also do not have a button or link to create an ingame ticket anymore, it's gone. (another player has confirmed that it is gone).
Please contact me via private mail to provide the personal game data.

Well, I assume they have to have an alternate approach should the in app functionality fail for some reason.0

You can still create tickets but the interface has changed.
You must go to settings/FAQ and then use the text icon that displays on the upper right of the FAQ page.0 -

I have a similar issue, I show an active VIPMaster or whatever the top sub in the App Store, but in the game it is displayed as VIP2 (pro?) which is also shown in my VIP rating and rewards on other tabs in the game. I have a ticket out but I’ve only gotten bottled responses thus far.0

This might be more widespread. I started with Basic then upgraded to Master to get the rewards. It billed yesterday, but this morning all perks and indications of VIP are gone.0

On the Upper right corner is a search icon allowing to search the current FAQs. No more create a ticket function0

The app is completely mix regarding vip-status:Entry Level screen shows: start a new membershipshop has vip pro offersgold star page offers any membership from basic to master as if you are not a memberPWs say i own 9/9 decks eachSelecting a PW his decklist shows only the pro slot and the two master slots are unavailableThe amount of gold for boosters is 10 less as with pro (instead of 20 with master)0

shouldn't have anything regarding paying for something that we did not get have the highest priority?
i wonder why we did not get an answer or a solution to our problem...
i am stil at vip 2 aqa vip pro with some screens indicating i have no active membership while i paid for vip master

since a view hours my vip membership is completely gone. No vip pro decks and no vip pro offers anymore. No weekly vip booster, pinkies or gold...Anyone else the same problems?0

Yes, exactly the same. I sent a ticket, but of course nobody bothers to reply or cares, they have their money, so good riddance to us.

There is a grey link beyond the membership banners saying something like "restore membership" . Using that gave me my vip Master back.
Simple solution
But why nobody tells us?
And why is it grey on a dark ground
And why must I scroll down to see it?
