Teferi's 3rd is not exiling supports upon draw.

In the HoD event for the weekend of December 15th and 16th, Teferi's 3rd is not exiling supports upon draw. I have a video of this effect occurring.

    Do you have Alhammaret's Archive out?  That is currently bugged so that draws don't count as draws

    @Mburn7 I just confirmed this, and yes I did in fact have alhamerret archive out. I suspected that may have been the issue once I figured out BSZ. Testing confirmed the issue. Thanks for responding, my friend
