Exiling Embalm Creatures [Investigating]

Why when you EXILE and not destroy an embalm creature does it get it's activate gem on the battlefield???

    No.  Embalm only works if its in the graveyard

    Oh, sorry, I misread.  If an exiled embalm creature has an activate gem, that is a bug.

    @Tombstone why would this have been effected by the update?  There were no issues with embalm

    It was weird.

    I played as Sorin, used carefully Isolate and Infernal Reckoning on them....

    They exiled as normal with the normal animation...not the destroy 0 toughness animation....yet straight after the actived gem appeared and worked.

    We bought back the Hydra and Sacred Cat & Anointed Priest...

    I know that the cycling angel is _specifically_ coded to get it's embalm gem when it cycles (which is exiling) because that was the intended card function.
    It wouldn't surprise me if that specific card got the gem when exiled other ways too. But if it's happen to other embalm creatures it's weirder.
