Jaya ultimate doesn't load banefire completely [Investigating]

While other spells that fills mana cost completely load banefire, jaya's ultimate doesn't and only fills the first 4 mana.
This makes a very strong ultimate useless with banefire which should be the best red burn spell in m19.
Please fix

I have verified that Banefire will have its Stored Mana filled by Wildfire Eternal, Sunbird's Invocation, Djinn of Wishes, and Naru Meha.
Thran Temporal Gateway will also fill Stored Mana to max (using Isareth as the target).

As Jaya's 3rd ability is supposed to be her most powerful, it skipping Stored Mana costs feels like a serious detriment compared to other ways to get "full mana" for cards.
Will Tezzeret, Artifice Master's 3rd ability have the same fault as that of Jaya's?
As well for The Dragon War's node with the Nicol Bolas theme, that 3rd Ability modifier grants full mana.  I do not recall if this worked correctly for Stored Mana cards at the time.

Doublecast only fills half of the base cost (2 of 4 mana for Banefire) and does not go into the Stored Mana potential, but as Doublecast is an Uncommon I do not view this as a deficiency.

I have not tested the above with older cards using the Awaken functionality.

Old cards with Awaken used to be completely filled when using the Pyromancer Goggles (really the only free spell thing back then).  Not sure if that is still the case considering how Awaken was broken and then fixed.

Etali also steals the fill cards with max stored mana. I have managed to steal the Hydra, The Angel spell ans Isareth with it and had them full.

So? Is this bug not worthy an investigation? It looks like there are two implementations of giving full mana: one filling suited mana too and one which doesn't.
I'd rather go with the first

As far as I know all cards that give full mana also fill Stored/Awaken mana.  It seems Banefire (or Jaya's Ultimate) is an exception, hence the bug.  It is definitely worth investigating, because either the card is bugged or the ability is.

Hi everyone, the team is aware of this issue. This particular problem is noted in the bug list along with the issue of this card not removing prevent damage from Planeswalkers.
