Faced with the arduous task of building 6 decks from scratch today (because who saves a deck to cast 4 Fungi), one of my teammates motivated me with the challenge to play the entire event with mono PW. Now I extend that challenge to you, let's see how you do!

I already use Elspeth for half the nodes, shouldn't be too hard to handle the rest mono-colored.

Mono colored PW? pfft. I went one step further and played with a colorless one.

When the challenge was given I asked if colorless counted. I was told no. :(

Well.. That shouldn't be a real challenge - unless you add pauper and only origins walker to it: you'd probably still win. This event is so easy that 1.1 is the most dangerous node, the only node that can really get out of your control

Yeah, wasted time. Grab the rewards and wait for the next

This is what I did in my coalition. Just before Bken posted I challenged them to use only ORI walkers (not pauper though, but that is actually what I have been running sofar with one exception in one deck).

I think the greater challenge would be to see if you could get a full coalition to finish with max points. I don't think anyone has done that yet.

Well, it's not like nobody is trying, but 20 people times x matches.. It's very unlikely no one will get hit hard by RNG at least in one secondary. This is on the other hand the only event where it really could work, I'm already monitoring top ten (I think 95% of max possible points was the highest)

The challenge wasn't to make the event harder, it was to motivate me to build decks. When faced with building 5 thematic zoo decks, I just wanted to close the app and binge watch Netflix.

This made me want to build.

I had about the same setup but my issue was not drawing the saga enough times before I won.

I spammed her first and got the last one out on my last turn. I might put 2 in next time.

I use only Freyalise also (in a Huatli deck), and I just play the Weatherlight it gives you to fetch my three, then replace it with a different creature.

Better challenge is to do it with Original 5
