Mordo's blue stops passive countdown regen [solved]

I've noticed that wasp's and switch's passives that regenerate countdowns stop working after firing Mordo's blue.

    I'll ask my biologist friend whether the wasp is classified as a bug or an insect.

    Yes, I see what I did there.
    All true Bugs are insects, as are wasps. But wasps are not Bugs (Hemiptera), they are Hymenoptera. ;)

    Also, I hope he's talking about Mordo's Purple ability, since his Blue (Vaulting Boots) does not steal enemy AP.
