    I was fifth.  Got sixth place rewards (rare and half the crystals). It's a bug.  File a ticket.

    I did, @Brigby hopefully you'll see this post and add it to the pile of current "issues" 
    to cut the long story short if you are last of your current bracket you will get rewards of the next bracket (screenshots in my previous posts) if you're 50th you get rewards for 51st-101st (poor guys who missed on Rishkars) I was 5th and missed on top 5 rewards too.

    Thanks for the heads up! I've already passed that information along to the developers, and they'll be sure to work on a fix for it.

    In the meantime, if you know you received the wrong reward for the rank that you placed, then please submit a support ticket and they will be able to credit you to the correct reward. Thanks!

    Just dropping by to provide an update:
    week no 5
    case has been closed twice already without sending correct compensation.
    Customer Service keeps ignoring the facts
    Its very frustrating when you know that even if you win top reward (mythic) and as a compensation you're being sent kld rare....

    Well here's info regarding my situation: That particular event I ended with a perfect score and came in on rank 2. I was dropped out of top 5 by other perfect scores. I sent in a support ticket for not getting any rewards. I still haven't gotten anything (also no mythic) and I already asked twice about the status of my ticket. Supports leaves me in silence...

    @Brigby: what else can i do except whining again about the status of my ticket?
