Don't forget, post something about "confidential" email to support, get scolded for breaking the rules, down 450 crystals, 400 jewels, and ticket is "reaolved."

I know I can find a new game and spent 1/5 the $$ and have a more rewarding experience. So done.

Sorry, meant to put shteev first...my apologies, if you were aiming that to someone other than me, then I misinterpreted it. Edited it so as to not point fingers. 

These emails are anything but confidential. It comical that there was mention that they could be interpreted to prove a claim, when there is no interpretation needed. Support is anything, if not very transparently inept. "Lets punish players for very obvious frustration and reapond with pregenerated responses so as to further alienate them....sounds fun." 

Whatever. This game is no longer fun, but a complete grind. I was ro busy IRL to try to get RE, and I realize I hang on for some reason to some how justify my previous spending in the game, despite the fact it is circling the drain.

Actually if you see the post where shteev outed himself, you'll see exactly what this was meant to target. 

Actual wholesale reproduction of the correspondence was just collateral damage, if we take brigby's follow up at face value.

What is so fruatrating, and Brigby has no control over, is the generally well thought out service tickets and continued QC by the community (as opposed to devs themselves) and the evident disregard for putting a quality product out, yet making it harder to progress without further $$$$.
