Bolt doesn't show as dead with yellow CD on board?

I'm in Shield Sim, using 5Strange OML BSS, vs a team of 5Cap, Bolt, 4* Carol. Bolt was in front with ~5000 hp, and used his yellow, triggering Strange which should have killed him. Instead, Bolt was sent to the back, still shows 5k hp, but I can no longer target him, and his CD is still on the board. For all intents and purposes I believe he is downed. Once the CD expired, then it went away and Bolt showed as downed.

I didn't have any AOE attacks to see what would happen if I fired one, and I nearly died to cascades so I couldn't really play with it though.

Edit: I guess the CD is supposed to stay on the board anyway (don't have my own Bolt so I didn't know), so it's just a visual bug where Bolt still shows as alive even though he isn't... I think.
