Phoenix "From the ashes" created while alive

During the KK PVP, I ran into an odd bug where my Phoenix was still alive, but a "From the ashes" token got created when she "died".

It may be due to the burst healing not being taken into effect and so the game assumed she "died" but she had enough health to survive another hit.

First screenshot: My phoenix is at 1k health but I already have a revive token on the board.

Second screenshot: My phoenix actually "died", and a second revive token got created above the first one. On my turn, she came back to life with the "first" one, and another red fell into it's place in the cascade (so it looks like nothing has changed even though 1 tile did get used up).

    I had this happen to me multiple times in Teenage Riot too. Very annoying.
    Worst part was that if the countdown resolved before Phoenix got KOed I got the resurrection animation and the alternate green power... but she wasn't healed, so she was usually KOed in short order.
