Star-Lord's 'Everyone with me'' text is misleading

Star-Lord's ability 'Everyone with me' states that it places a countdown tile when an enemy fires a power. It doesn't state it will be of a specific color. However, I've noticed that when there are no basic yellow tiles available the ability doesn't trigger.

    It always places a yellow CD, and always has, and does not do anything if there are no available yellow tiles. But yes, the text should state this.
