It should kill them, the same way the Brotherhood Subject's Detonate does.
The power reads: "Sentry Gunners surround their target and detonate their main batteries." How the heck are they still standing after doing that?
If it doesn't kill them, then it should at least disable the power. Or do they have an array of backup main batteries?
