1.9.2 Kiora's creature fetch failed

Playing a Kiora deck with a single creature in the decklist... Ulvenwald Hydra.

After many turns of play, I activated Kiora's second ability, and the SFX played, but I did not fetch a new creature from my deck, and my loyalty was not reduced.

I suspect this occured because I had already had 4 copies of Ulvenwald Hydra out of my deck during the current game.

This bug has occured to me before. (I believe somethign similar may or may not be happening with Delopy the Gatewatch, and Saheeli's 3rd ability)
