So, I come back from an absence and discover that there's now such a thing as champion levels and player levels that award ISO - and I've been given a whole lot of it. Some time later, I find that I've got nine unique 4* covers in my inventory and no free roster space.

What should I do?

Those single covers won't really gain you much at this point. I would sell them and start working on expanding your champions in both the 3* and 2* land. If you take the time and get all your 3* and a full 2* roster champed, you will be amazed at the resources that will start rolling in including Hero Points to buy new roster slots for 4* characters.

I would also stop opening any lengendary tokens/cps and hoard them for when you are ready for 4* and 5* characters.
