FORUM IMG tag resizing doesn't work

BBCODE resizing works like so: https://www.bbcode.org/examples/?id=10

Tried something like:
and it just broke the image tag, showing the IMG tag and url. Being able to post card images from Decktester.com can be really powerful, but the sizes are large. making them half or quarter size would help a lot
