VIP Renewal didn't work, charged 3 times

Tried to renew my VIP status this morning. Not only did it not work but I've received 3 invoices from Apple, so I've been charged 3 times Contacted CS but not received a ticket notification 4 hours later !

It's not a 24/7 operation. Let them get into the office. You'll get a resolution that's acceptable.0

Thought that there was an auto responder that gave a ticket number and then someone would look at it when they came in - happy to stand corrected0

Put in a refund request with apple. D3go won't be able to help, it's also not their fault. All they will do is tell you to do that when they respond anyway.
Be very clear when you request the refund, though as it's a subscription you shouldn't have too many problems compared to an in app purchase. Not like you can have multiple subscriptions for one account0 -

Will see what CS say as the VIP still hasn't renewed, so there may be an underlying issue.0 -

I've had issues the last two renewals so I do think there is an underlying issue. For me it doesn't recognize my Google play account yet I can buy HP no problem.0 -

I had the same thing happen to me, except renewal did work the third time. I filed a ticket with D3. It took over a week, but they did refund me and gave me a token that gave me free VIP next time.0

Same thing happened to me last night. I renewed VIP and bought a Logan's Loonies. Both went through. I received my Legend Token and spent HP in the Venom Bomb vault. I closed the game.
45 minutes later, I re-opened the game. I received the VIP 1500 ISO pop-op and notification to renew. I noticed my token had disappeared, my HP was back to pre-purchase levels, and my BFF status went back to "awards pending."
I filed an in-game request and attached a screenshot of a Google Play purchase confirmation. I received no auto-confirm message.
Eleven hours later, I put in my refund request with Google (they have a 48-hour limit to request). I asked to let the d3 ticket resolve first. Google went ahead and cancelled the purchase, and 15 minutes later, I finally received d3's auto-response.
I can't put the blame on Google Store. MPQ accepted and let me use the purchases and then rolled something back. I still don't know if I got my 51-100 tier individual placement prize. I'll be interested to hear how this is addressed.0 -
I'm on iOS and Apple refund on ingame purchases within 90 days, so I'll wait a bit before I contact Apple.
So I'm stuck at the moment with 3 charges and no VIP rewards, and pop-up messages telling me to renew !!
Hopefully CS will respond soon.0 -
Having the same issue raised in this forum purchased vip claimed my leg token went to bed got up loaded up said renew theres something bugged about it definately0

Tried sending a PM to David to see if he could advise on the status of the ticket, but the PM is just sitting in my outbox - Am I still too new to PM ???0
