Help me :P

So basically, i got a new phone and switched carriers so i factory reset my old iphone thinking my progress was backed up. However it wasnt, i had my marvel puzzle quest backed up with facebook but not mtgpq icon_rolleyes.gif

Long story short, i contacted customer support, and after a week of emailing they said they pretty much need my user id or else they cant restore my account. Problem is, i have terrible memory and cant remember it. I thought it was the same as my name here, i also gave variations of it, but they said it didnt exist. Sooooo, if anyone saw me in game and remembers if they saw a username similar to mine here, can you let me know what it was lol. Thanks icon_razz.gif

    Dammit. I knew I had you in my little book somewhere because you are a dangerous person and I know to watch out for you ( ^_^ ) but unfortunately I've written it down in all caps because that's how I tend to write. It's definitely PAPILOUIS4 but I couldn't tell you what case the letters are in.

    You've got an Emeria Shepherd and a Hangarback Walker... that's you isn't it?

    Yeah, I think that was when I was mastering lol. They told me that caps didn't matter, but I told them that was my username initially but they said it didn't exist.... this sucks ugh. Thanks though

    Pretty much all they've said they can do is refund my purchases if I send them screenshot of my receipts. I'd lose all my planeswalkers and all my mythic and rares. And considering I've been playing since release there's no way I'd come close to regaining all my collection with these **** drop rates icon_cry.gif

    Reclaim

    I have your name as PapiLouis4, but I was getting it from your board post, not your user name in the game.

    Ah man this sucks. The user id is not the same as your user name or screen name. I believe its the number at the bottom of the settings page written as UID

    Today I learned I should be taking screenshots of my receipts. I did not know that.

    If you've bought things using Google Play, you will receive a receipt in your email detailing your purchase. A screenshot of that email will suffice, as I've used that method before.

    Yeah that's what I meant, although I usually delete them, but you can request Google play to resend those.

    Idk though, I'd I end up having to just get a refund I think I'll just quit the game. Itd be to much of a hassle to try and even get close to were I was...oh well
