Add calculation in Hulk's "Anger" power

It would be nice if the description for Hulk (Indestructible)'s "Anger" would display the requisite damage to trigger, rather than only stating the necessary percentage.

Looking at Energy Absorption, Raging Tempest, and Penance Stare as comparisons, it seems reasonable to me that a power that only checks against one health bar should be able to display the value on the fly.
