Unable to use "Boosts" - The tab is unresponsive

For the last little while, I have been unable to use "Boosts". The reason: The tab is unresponsive.

This glitch also shows up when I click on an opponent during battle : The 'X' in the top right to close the pop-up is also unresponsive (In order to close to return to battle, I must use the 'back' button on my phone.)

Device: Nexus Android Phone

Anyone else have this issue? I read through the last few weeks of posts here, and saw no mention of it...
