Can't sell character from roster.

My friend was trying to sell his modern storm from his roster today and to our surprise there is no sell button on the info screen. We flipped through all the pages and still couldn't find anything. I know It should be on the first page where you see what covers you have of it, and ya it wasn't there. it appears for the rest of his characters. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Has he worked his way through the PVE prologue story?

I had this problem aswell and theres a point in the story where Storm joins you for one of the fights and it seems that for some reason the system doesnt let you sell the cover until you've hit that point in the story line.

I cant remember the specific fight but mine corrected itself right after.
