First reaction to the 262-268 scaling in the third node: "oh hell no."
But I figured I'd try it just to see why the scaling jumped almost 200 levels on me from the node before. Gotta say...
We'll see if the scaling makes it an even fight or if I just get pounded. I'm taking my current A-Team of Colossus, Cap (3) and Scarlet Witch in. Will report back.

fighting three Hulks, one after the other, seems like it COULD be fun.

Finished all the nodes. I really enjoyed playing through these ones. No spoilers for anyone who hasn't beat them yet, but I got no complaints on this event.0

It wasn't bad, mine were 395. Wish I had known ahead of time since I brought my normal survivor team, but I made it out.0

Okay, yeah. That was pretty cool. A-Team got it done in one try, but it was definitely a challenge.0

Something seems buggy with Doc Ock's manipulation in the third wave. Twice now I have had only Iron Fist's attack tile out, and his manipulation is somehow doing 2200 points of damage even though his power is listed at 600 points per tile destroyed. I only have one out there!! No strikes, no protects, just IF's attack.0

"We did what we had to do."
"You did part of what you had to do."
I like this guy already.0 -
Thank you D3 and Demiurge for creating these type of events to win the first cover of a new 4* release! It was hard, fun, and very fair. Thanks again.0

Massive Kudos to the dev team for the "Rock Me" reference. Falco would be proud!0

Looking forward to running this event when i get off work....any tips or heads up? Level 395 sounds rough....any nodes i need to be aware/afraid of?0

3*Cap/Hood/OBW made Node 3 (Hulks @ 395 for me) cake. They never had enough AP to fire a power, and were pretty much perma-stunned for 95% of it. The only nastiness was the Team-UP which hit OBW.0

Off to try this now, as my usual Big Enchilada team of Hulk/3*Thor/3*Cap got Power of Attonery'ed into next week by the 2nd wave. Ap steal/denial seems key for this one.
FYI for those about to attempt it, the order is 3* Hulk then She-Hulk, then Red Hulk.
UPDATE: Cap/Hood/OBW worked like a charm. Those two AP stealers have been around so long, I take them for granted sometimes.0 -
node 5 is having lulz at my expense. Out of health packs.
Glad it's a 21-day event.0 -
Lost bad on my first try, Cyclops (3), GSBW, Magneto (3). Cyke was downed against the first wave, with GSBW and Magneto surviving with less than 2000hp. Did not make it past the 2nd wave.
Try 2 took in my stunner team, Cap America (3), Scarlet Witch, and Hood. Got some lucky matches and got SW's purple off after her first countdown triggered, turn 5 I think. They never took another turn. Maybe 1000-1500 damage taken total, all from match damage. Easy Peasy.0 -
tried one more time with Cage/Fist. Got it one turn before boardblammo.0

Fun event, I would more of those for new releases0

When I saw the new event first thing this morning, I read the time left as hours, not days, and thought I'd better get a move on. I am obviously sleep deprived...0 -

Don't worry, the third node is probably the easiest of the nodes, the waves are only against 1 stunnable enemy at a time, just bring <insert stunlocking character here> and you should be okay.0 -

I used my standard Mook team of Lcap, Scarlett Witch, and MnMags. Shields fly everywhere, perma-stun, occasional reality crush. SW fuels Mags with her passive (and Lcap if her tile is placed into a match), mags generates blue (and red!) with his purple ability.
Regular Old Hulk got about 7 turns, then none of them made a match after that.0 -
used prof x/sw/obw and breezed through it all. fun event. they definitely need to add more like this to earn 4*. like the ant-man event. my only other suggestion would be to have a different color as the award for the next time it runs...0

I am still at lv94 at max, so the Hulks came lv 175-198. Tried a couple of teams, but at the end defeated them with MNMagneto, OBWidow (not perfect build, but fully leveled, only recruited her for the HoD event). and my 4-1-0 Spider-Man (lv78). If I had noticed Magneto had higher blue than Widow, I would have used Thor instead. Still had no problem to keep them mostly stunned and without AP.0
